The hardest problems we face—and the ones I’m most interested in—are not technical, but coordination problems. Against Moloch looks beyond wishful thinking to find strategies that will work in the real world, with antagonistic players and perverse incentives.

Monday AI Radar is my weekly newsletter, with analysis of the most important developments in AI. I also write longer essays about especially interesting or important topics. And during April 2026, I’ll be publishing daily as part of the Inkhaven writing residency.
